    Hot Pecan Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 c. pecans
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. milk
    1 - 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small onion grated
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream

    Recipe

    Toast pecans in butter and salt in oven. Mix together the cream cheese, milk, dried beef,green pepper, onion, garlic salt and pepper. Fold in sour cream. Place in buttered 8 inch pie plate. Arrange pecans on top. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Serve hot with crackers as a dip or spread.
