    2 Graham Cracker Crusts
    3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs

    PREHEAT oven to 325°F
    BEAT cream cheese, sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
    BAKE 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
