Recipe Introduction


This is so easy, and you can use any flavor jello you like. You might want to stray from the recipe and add certain ingredients. For example, if you are using strawberry or rasberry jello, you might want to spoon some strawberries or rasberries on the bottom of the pie crust before pouring the cream cheese mixture. This would also be a good way to make a lime cheesecake, or for the kids a blue rasberry!


List of Ingredients




2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
3 oz lemon jello (or your favorite flavor)
8 oz coolwhip

Recipe



Let cream cheese soften. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 graham cracker shells. Refrigerate.
