    4 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup crisco oil
    2 cups self-rising flour
    2 cups pumpkin
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Mix eggs and sugar in large bowl. Beat well. Add oil and pumpkin. Mix well. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Add vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for about 45-60 minutes.

    Frosting
    1 {80z} cream cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 box powdered sugar
    2 TBSP. vanilla

    Beat together until creamy. Frost cake and sprinkle with pecan pieces, if desired.
