    Caramel Chocolate Cups

    1 14 ounce package caramels
    3 tablespoons water
    1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
    1 cup coarsely crushed crisp rice cereal
    1 lb melting milk chocolate

    Recipe



    Melt Chocolate on low in sauce pan, keep on low, make sure does not burn.

    In top of double boiler over low heat, melt caramels with
    water. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and cereal. Line muffin tins with wax paper at bottom of each cavity. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper, let cool. Pop out of muffin tins.

    Pour tbsp melted chocolate into muffin tin, paint up sides with spoon. Place caramel piece over melted chocolate, then cover with chocolate, freeze. Pop out, keep in airtight container. Or wrap in foil.
