    2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
    l 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    l envelope buttermilk ranch dry salad dressing mix
    l 10 oz can condensed cream of potato soup

    Recipe



    Place potatoes in crockpot. In a small bowl combine cream cheese & salad dressing mix. Stir in soup. Add to potatoes
    Cover, cook on lo for 7-9 hours or Hi 3 l/2 to 4 l/2 hours. Stir to blend before serving. Makes 6 servings.
