    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg white, stiff
    • 2/3 cup brown sugar
    • Pecan halves


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
    2. Mix and beat egg white and brown sugar.
    3. Add pecans.
    4. Coat pecans with mixture.
    5. Drop coated pecans onto greased cookie sheet.
    6. Cook for 30 minutes.
    7. Turn off oven.
    8. Leave pecans in oven after turned off to cool for about 30 minutes.
