    Because of my *love* of cottage cheese, I rarely make this. But at grandma's house, it's traditional, so I'm including it. It's actually not *that* bad.....!

    List of Ingredients




    6 eggs
    1/2 lb. grated jack cheese
    1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
    1 C. milk
    1 C. Bisquick
    1/2 C. butter

    Recipe



    Melt butter in pan. Mix all ingredients and place in pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let stand before serving.
