    Alisa's Crusty Parmesean Chix

    Recipe Introduction

    Alisa brought this to us after I had McKenna. We've brought this dish to many pot lucks, banquets and sick friends. It's very easy and super yummy!

    List of Ingredients

    1 C. bread crumbs
    1/4 C. parsley flakes
    3/4 C. parmesean cheese
    1 t. garlic salt
    1 t. salt
    6-10 pieces boneless, skinless chix
    1/2 C. butter

    Recipe

    Combine all dry ingredients in a zip-lock baggie. Dip chix into melted butter, then dredge in crumbs. Place in buttered dish. Bake 350 for 30-45 mins.
