"The Home Show Meatloaf"

Recipe Introduction
This one came from that old, old morning talk show, The Home Show. As I was nursing my then baby, this recipe was shown and I jotted it down and it's been a family favorite ever since!
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 C. grated motz. cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small can spinich, drained
1 t. basil
1 egg
1 C. bread crumbs
1/2 C. ketchup
Recipe
Mix all together and shape into loaf. Place into casserole dish and bake at 350 for one hour.
