Recipe we used to make occassionally at our preschool.





List of Ingredients



• 1 cup quick oatmeal
  
• 1-1/2 cup boiling water
  
• 1 cube butter
  
• 1/2 cup oil
  
• 1 cup brown sugar
  
• 1 cup white sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 2 cups flour
  
• 1 tsp. soda
  
• 1 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. Pour water over oats and let cool.
   
2. Add all the other ingredients and mix to make a smooth batter.
   
3. Bake in a 9x 13 pan at 375F. for about 30 minutes.
