This is a inexpensive, fast, tasty dish.
List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2-1/2 cups hot beef bouillon or broth
- 1/2 lbs. franks, sliced
Instructions
- Melt margarine in a large heavy saucepan.
- Add onion and saute until golden. Add rice and saute until translucent.
- Add bouillon and franks and bring to boil. Cover and simmer over low heat 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
