Cheesy Onion Roll Ups

Not sure where I got this recipe but it sure is good!
List of Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream (1 cup)
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno peppers
1 bag 10 inch or 6 inch tortillas
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
Mix and spread on 1/2 of tortilla. Start rolling with half that has the spread on it.. Roll up tightly in Saran Wrap for 1 to 4 hours. Serve with salsa
