    I got this recipe from my good friend Karen Helstrom.

    List of Ingredients




    1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese-softened
    1 12oz pkg Crab Meat
    1 Traingle Parmesan Cheese-shredded
    1 bottle artichoke hearts-drained, squeezed
    1 T. lemon zest (cut back on this)
    3 green onions-chopped
    1 cup Mayo

    Recipe



    Mix all together and bake in a 8x8 dish for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
