    1 pound sausage meat
    7 large eggs
    3 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded
    2 cups heavy cream
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper

    Brown the sausage and add the rest of the ingredients.
    Place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for approx 45 min
