Chocolate -Coconut Mini Tarts

List of Ingredients
• 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur or water
• 1 4-serving-size package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 tablespoons unsweetaned cocoa powder
• 2/3 cup whipping cream
• Coconut Crusts (recipe to follow)
• Toasted coconut (optional)
• Whipped cream (optional)
Recipe
Combine sweetened condensed milk liqueur or water and 2 tablespoons water. Add pudding mix and cocoa powder. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for l to 2 minutes or till smooth. Cover and chill 5 minutes. Beat 2/3 cup whipping cream to soft peaks; fold into chocolate mixture. Mound into Coconut Crusts. Chill 2 to 24 hours. Garnish with additional whipped cream and toasted coconut~ if desired. Makes 36
*Coconut Crusts: Mix one 13 3/4-ounce package soft macaroons (18) crumbled; 1 cup finely chopped pecans and 1/3 cup butter melted. Press 1 tablespoon mixture into bottom and up sides of 36 well-greased 1¾-inch muffin cups. Bake in 375° oven 8 to 10 minutes or till edges are browned. Cool on rack. Loosens remove from cups.
