    List of Ingredients




    1st layer: 1 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 stick butter
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    2nd layer: 1 cup cool whip
    1 8oz crem cheese; softened
    1 cup powdered sugar

    3rd layer 3 cups cold milk
    2 small instant chocolate pudding
    cool whip
    nuts

    1st layer: Mix well-bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes; cool.

    2nd layer: beat all 2nd layer ingredients together until creamy. Spread on crust-chill 15 minutes

    3rd layer: Beat ingredients until creamy; put on 2nd layer. Top with cool whip and nuts. Keep refrigarated.
