    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds (I use about 1 cup)
    2(3oz) ramen noodles, uncooked broken up(don't use seasoning)
    1(3oz) pkg. slivered almonds
    1 large head or 2 small heads bok choy
    4 green onions

    Dressing:
    3/4 cup vegtable oil
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, melt butter. Add sugar, sunflower seeds, noodles and almonds. Cook and stir until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Cool to room temp.

    Coarsly chop bok choy using both stalks and leaves. Add onions and chill. Combine all dressing ingridents and shake well.

    To serve: toss noodle mixture and dressing
