Barbeque Meatballs

List of Ingredients



• 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
  
• 3/4 c. quick oats
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 c. milk
  
• 1 t. salt
  
• 1/4 t. pepper
  
• 3 T. onion, chopped
  
• SAUCE:
  
• 2 T. BBQ sauce
  
• 2 T. sugar
  
• 2 T. vinegar
  
• 1 c. ketchup
  
• 1/2 c. water
  






Instructions



1. Mix meatball ingredients together and shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in flour and brown.
   
2. Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour sauce over meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.
   
3. After meatballs are browned, they can be put in a crockpot with the sauce. If this is done, they need to be cooked longer.
