    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. Velveeta, room temperature
    • 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped cream cheese
    • 1 c. pecans, chopped
    • 1 small can green chiles, chopped
    • 1 small can pimento, chopped
    • 6 green onions, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Roll out velveeta between wax paper. Spread on the cream cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
    2. Roll up jelly roll style and refrigerate.
    3. Serve with crackers.
