    Heath Bits Brickle Drop Cookies

    Source of Recipe

Heath Bits 'o Brickle Toffee Bits bag

    Recipe Introduction

Brett went grocery shopping with me and saw the Heath Bits ‘o Brickle package. He told me the cookies on the package sounded good so I thought I would make them. With a soft and chewy, slightly crunchy texture from the toffee bits. They turned out perfect and are rather addicting!

    List of Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine (2 sticks) , softened
    1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar packed
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 eggs
    3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1-1/3 cups HEATH BITS 'O BRICKLE Toffee Bits (8 oz. pkg.)

    Recipe

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt in large bowl until blended. Add eggs; beat well.

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and cream of tartar; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in toffee bits. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

    Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies.
