    We had this at our last staff meeeting. Very good!

    STRAWBERRY DREAM DESSERT

    1 box white (vanilla) cake mix
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 sm. box strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 lg. carton frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed

    Bake cake as directed in 9x13 pan. As soon as removed from oven, press the cake down with a dish towel or pot holder. Let cool.

    Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together; fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake. Add boiling water to jello. Mix well. Add thawed strawberries, undrained. Spoon/pour on cake. Refrigerate.
