    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. olive oil
    • 1 c. lemon juice
    • 1 t. salt
    • 1 t. pepper
    • 2 t. cumin
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 t. parsley


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together. Add meat and marinate for 3 hours. Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
