Pork Chop Scallop

List of Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 t. salt
- 2 c. water
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans
- 2 T. butter
- 1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
- 1 can Cream of Celery soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 t. basil
- 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Trim pork chops. Rub skillet with trimmed pork fat. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and brown in skillet.
- Heat water to boiling in a 3 quart pan. Add carrots and beans; bring to a boil. Stir in butter, potato slices and sauce mix from potato package.
- Mix soup, milk, basil and Worcestershire sauce together and stir into vegetable mixture. Pour into ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Place pork chops on top.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake until pork chops are tender, 10-15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
