    List of Ingredients


    • 4 chicken breasts
    • MARINADE:
    • 1/2 c. white vinegar
    • 2 T. vegetable oil
    • 1/4 c. soy sauce
    • 1/2 t. ground nutmeg
    • 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 t. garlic powder
    • 1 t. salt
    • 1/2 c. scallions, chopped
    • 4 jalapeno peppers, stems removed


    Instructions


    1. Place all the marinade ingredients into a blender on high speed until completely liquefied. Place chicken in a non-metallic bowl, cover with marinade. Refrigerate over night.
    2. Grill chicken and serve.
