List of Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- MARINADE:
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 t. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 c. scallions, chopped
- 4 jalapeno peppers, stems removed
Instructions
- Place all the marinade ingredients into a blender on high speed until completely liquefied. Place chicken in a non-metallic bowl, cover with marinade. Refrigerate over night.
- Grill chicken and serve.
