Recipe Introduction
I've made many, many meatballs but these are almost fluffy in texture
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork (or use pork sausage removed from casing - don't add other seasonings)
- 1 egg
- 1 cooled cooked potato riced (must be riced to work)
- 1 small onion diced
- S&P to taste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 C moistened bread crumbs or I sometimes use oatmeal
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- If you are using sausage (your choice) out of the casings you won't need garlic, basil or oregano
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out meatballs
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
- Add meatballs to pasta sauce or freeze until needed.
