    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    2 lb. round steak, cut in serving size pieces. Shake in plastic bag with flour and seasonings, then pound with mallet to tenderize. Brown in 3 Tbsp. oil then add:
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 c.. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    Cook and stir 10 minutes. Add:
    2 can undrained diced tomatoes
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp soy sauce

    Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours. Remove from oven and return to stovetop. In small bowl combine 1/4 c. water and 2 Tbsp flour. Add to meat mixture and boil over med heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
