    This will be a big hit when you're looking for something yummy for football season!

    List of Ingredients






    1.5-2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup Mild Buffalo wing sauce (I used some from BW3's)
    1/2 cup ranch dressing
    1 finely chopped sweet onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 flour tortillas
    1 package shredded Kraft 4 flavor mexican cheese
    1 package Kraft shredded colby jack

    Recipe




    I froze the chicken and when slightly thawed diced to small chunks.
    Mix the two cheeses and set aside.
    Put chicken in large skillet, add wing sauce, dressing, and onion and salt and pepper to taste. Saute until the chicken is no longer pink. In large 11 x 13 pan, squirt some of the ranch sauce on the bottom. Microwave the tortillas for a few seconds to get them pliable. Wrap some of the sauted chicken and a handful of cheese and place seem side down in casserole dish. Top with a ribbon of ranch dressing and more cheeses. Bake for about a 1/2 hour at 350 or until all the cheese is melted.

    You can vary the amount of wing sauce to your liking.
