These are wonderful and quick to disappear at a gathering!


List of Ingredients








Sweetheart Deviled Eggs

12 eggs
1/2 c mayo *Hellmans only*
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp dried chives
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp salt
6-8 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp (or more) Paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp milk
fresh parsley for garnishment

Slice eggs in half. Remove yolks
Set egg whites aside.
In small bowl, mash yolks, combine next 10 ingredients and mix well. Fill the egg whites. Garnish with parsley and paprika. Chill prior to serving.

Depending on how many eggs you are making, you may choose to add additional mayo & sugar. When I make these, my filling is a dark yellow, with the shades of paprika. I guess at the amount of paprika. I mix it until I get the desired color. You can also sweeten the mixture to your own taste.
