Recipe Introduction


If you rinse your tuna before using and squirt a little lemon juice on it, it will be fabulous! This is a rich and delicious appetizer.


List of Ingredients




Puffed Tuna Delights (for Toaster Oven)



2 English muffins
1 can of tuna (rinsed with water)drain
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 TBL sp. Mayonnaise
1/4 pkg. cream cheese (2 oz.)
1 tsp, hot dog relish
dash pepper
dash onion powder




Recipe



Cut English muffins open and toast first,

Put cream cheese in bowl and microwave, about 6 to 8 seconds untill soft then add all ingredients and put on English muffins,
Return to toaster oven, heat up a little and put broiler on until top of tuna puff is a little brown.
