    Carmels, caramels, they're all delish!

    List of Ingredients




    Caramels
    1 cup butter
    2 1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup white corn syrup
    1 (15oz.) can sweet condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe




    Melt butter in pan. Add sugar, salt, syrup. Gradually add milk. Cook to 245 degrees. Stirring frequently while cooking. Stir in vanilla and pour into 9X9 inch well buttered pan. Cut into pieces and wrap in wax paper or saran wrap.
