    List of Ingredients






    12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, thawed (but still cold)
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
    1/4 cup butterscotch chips

    Topping:
    1/4 cup chocolate chips
    1/4 cup butterscotch chips

    Recipe






    Flatten each roll into a 4-inch circle. Spread each roll with 2 teaspoons peanut butter and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon butterscotch chips. Roll each roll into a log shape and place seam side down on a large cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 30-45 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350 F 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    Topping:
    Mix chips together and melt. Drizzle over slightly cooled logs.
