    1 c. butter flavored Crisco
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2½ c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. cocoa powder
    1 (13 oz.) pkg. peanut butter cups, unwrapped

    Recipe




    In a large bowl, cream butter flavored Crisco and peanut butter.
    Add sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Stir together flour and baking soda and cocoa; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended.
    Shape dough into 48 balls (1" each); place balls in bottom of ungreased mini muffin pans.
    Bake at 350° for 11 to 12 min.. Remove from oven. Makes 4 dozen.
    Immediately press a peanut butter cup into center of each. Let COOL COMPLETELY.
    Remove from pans.
    (Do not overbake, because they have to be soft to put peanut butter cup in.)
