White Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Cookies
16 oz white almond bark
2 1/2 Tablespoon chunky or smooth peanut butter
2 c mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups salted or roasted peanuts
Recipe
Melt almond bark over a low heat, or in the microwave. Stir in the peanut butter till smooth, fold in the marshmallows, and peanuts. Drop by spoonfull on wax paper- let set till firm. you can keep them at room temp, or in the frig if you need them on a week or so (otherwise you may eat them all!)
