Scarlett's Chocolate Frosting (YUM!)

List of Ingredients





2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
dash salt
½ cup butter (1 stick)
½ cup evaporated milk
1-teaspoon vanilla

Recipe





Mix all ingredients EXCEPT vanilla in a saucepan. Stirring constantly cook over medium heat until blended and butter
is melted. When mixture comes to a hard boil, cook for "exactly" 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Beat by hand until cool and thick enough to spread. If you beat it too long, it will be too thick to spread. Frost cake immediately
