Recipe Introduction
Since everyone knows how to make crepes, I'll save myself time by saying that as you make your crepes, fill some with a good cottage cheese, and some with a good grape jelly (my favorite). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Some in our family are heretics, and put syrup on the palincinta with cottage cheese (YUCK). I refuse to acknowledge these kinds of actions!
