    This is the best jam you've ever tasted on warm buttered biscuits.

    List of Ingredients




    5 C green tomatoes (blended or chopped fine)
    5 C sugar (white)
    6 oz. raspberry jello

    Recipe



    Cook the tomatos and sugar together for 10 minutes. Add the raspberry (or strawberry or cherry is good too). Pour into sterilized jars. Let cool. These can be kept in the refrigerator. Seal with parafin wax if you want it to keep longer.

    These go great on zucchini pancakes!
