    Recipe Introduction


    This is from a friend in Bucks County, PA. This is the tried and true tested Artichoke Dip - it gets raves from everybody.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Large cans of artichoke hearts
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 lb Mozzarella Cheese (cubed)
    • 2 cloves of garlic minced
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop.
    2. Combine with all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
    3. Pour into au gratin or casserole dish.
    4. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
    5. Serve with French Bread rounds or crackers.
