    Recipe Introduction


    Serve hot with crackers or French Bread Rounds.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 large cans of artichoke hearts
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, (cubed)
    • 2 cloves of garlic, (minced)
    • Salt and Pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop.
    2. Combine with all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
    3. Pour into au gratin or casserole dish.
    4. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
    5. Serve with French Bread Rounds or crackers - serve HOT.
