    Little Reuben's for a great appetizer to pass!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8oz) can Pillsbury Refridgerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
    • 1/4 lb thinly sliced corned beef
    • 2 oz (1/2cup) finely shredded Swiss Cheese
    • 1/3 cup well drained sauerkraut
    • 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
    • 1 tbsp milk


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375
    2. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Press each to form 12 in long rectangles, press perforations to seal.
    3. Layer half of corned beef on each dough, rectangle, cutting to fit if necessary.
    4. Top each with cheese and sauerkraut.
    5. Starting at long side roll up each tightly. Seal long edges. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.Tuck edges under.
    6. Bake at 375 for 12 - 14 minutes or until golden brown.
    7. While baking in a small bowl combine the salad dressing and milk and mix well. (This is a dipping sauce)
    8. Cut warm rolls into 1 in slices and place on platter with a bowl of the dipping sauce.
