    Elegant appetizer but easy to make


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb thinkly sliced smoked salmon
    • 4 oz cream cheese
    • 3 tsp fresh dill
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Caviar - any color red or black is fine (you can even do a mixture of red and black horns)
    • Greens and lemon slices to garnish.


    Instructions


    1. Cut the sliced salmon into rectangles approximately 1 1/2 by 2 1/2 inches.
    2. Blend the cream cheese with the dill and lemon juice.
    3. Roll slices into horn shapes and fill each horn with the dill cream cheese.
    4. Fill the exposed top of each horn with caviar.
    5. Serve on a plate garnished with greens and lemon slices.
