    Stuffed Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb large fresh mushrooms
    • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1/4 tsp minced parsley (or can use parsley flakes)
    • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
    • 1/3 cup olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems.
    2. Place the mushrooms top side down in a shallow baking dish.
    3. Mix together the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and crushed garlic - mix well.
    4. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
    5. Sprinkle olive oil over the tops.
    6. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.

    This is enough for 4 servings - if bigger party double or triple recipe.
