    The B&V and Irish Coffee is a San Francisco traditon!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup (8oz) heavy cream
    • 3 tbsp sugar
    • 6 cups HOT black coffee
    • 3/4 cups Irish Whiskey


    Instructions


    1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream and 1 tbsp of sugar until soft peaks form - set aside.
    2. Combine the 2 tbsp of sugar with the coffee and whiskey.
    3. Pour into mugs and top with lots of whipped cream.
    4. Serve immediately
