    List of Ingredients


    • 1 peach
    • 1 nectarine
    • 3 apricots
    • 5 oz Peach Brandy
    • 1 750ml bottle chilled proseco
    • 1 cup peach nectar
    • Superfine sugar


    Instructions


    1. In a pitcher combine the 1 slice peach, nectarine and 3 apricots. (All pitted and cut into wedges).
    2. Stir in 5 oz peach brandy let sit at least one hour.
    3. Stir in 1 750 ml bottle of chilled Prosecco and 1 cup peach nectar.
    4. Add superfine sugar if desired
    5. Serve chilled.


    Final Comments


    Makes about 2 quarts
