    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 medium size onion chopped
    • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1 16oz oz jar of spaghetti sauce
    • 8 oz spaghetti cooked according to package and then drained.
    • 6 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 2 tsp butter
    • 1 cup cottgage or riccota cheese
    • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan over medium high heat stir and cook beef, onion and green bell pepper until meat is browned - then drain the fat.
    2. Stir in spaghetti sacue and mix well.
    3. In a large bowl mix together the hot spaghetti. Parmesan cheese, eggs and butter.
    4. Spoon the mixture onto the bottom of a 13X9X2 inch glass baking dish.
    5. Spread the cottage or riccota cheese over the top.
    6. Pour meat sauce mixture over the cheese layer.
    7. Sprinkle top evenly with mozzarella cheese.
    8. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese is all melted.
