    List of Ingredients


    • One 18oz package of yellow cake mix
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 1 1lb box fonfectioners sugar
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • small amount of grated lemon rind


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Make the crust first - combine the cake mix, butter and 1 beaten egg - mix with a fork.
    3. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan Set aside
    4. Now make the filling - combine the cream cheese. 2 beaten eggs, sugar (keep a little sugar out to sprinkle later on)
    5. Add lemon juice and grated rind.
    6. Pour over the crust mixture.
    7. Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 350.
    8. When you pull out of oven and still HOT sprinkle the top with a little sugar.
