    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup persimmon pulp
    • 1 tsp soda
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 egg - beaten
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 Tbsp melted butter
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 1/4 cup chopped dates
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Add soda to pulp.
    2. Add egg
    3. Add milk
    4. Add flour
    5. Add salt
    6. Add cinnamon
    7. Add melted butter
    8. Add rasisins
    9. Add dates
    10. Add nuts
    11. Pour into a buttered casserole and bake in a moderate (325) oven for one (1) hour.
