    List of Ingredients


    • FILLING
    • 4 Pkg (8oz each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese - SOFT
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 pkg (8 sq) Baker's Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate - melted slightly cooled.
    • 1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur
    • 4 eggs.
    • CRUST
    • 18 Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies - finely crushed
    • 2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine - melted


    Instructions


    1. CRUST - Mix the brumbs and butter and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
    2. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
    3. FILLING - Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended. Add melted cooled chocolate, liqueur and eggs - mix just until blended. Do NOT over blend. Pour over the crust.
    4. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes, or until center is almost set.
    5. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake.
    6. Cool before removing rim of pan.
    7. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
