    List of Ingredients


    • Rhubarb (about 3 cups)
    • 6 Tbsp flour
    • 1/2 cup oatmeal
    • 3/4 cup white sugar
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • pinch of salt


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Mix together the flour, oatmeal, sugars, butter and salt.
    3. Chop the rhubarb into slices.
    4. Place the rhubarb into a pudding dish so that it is about 3/4 full.
    5. Sprinkle over the top of the rhubarb the sugar/flour mixture.
    6. Bake for 40 minutes.


    Final Comments


    I am not sure what a pudding dish is - but I think any oven proof baking dish (like a casserole or souffle dish) will work.
