    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 Cup walnuts or macadamia nuts chopped.
    • 1/4 seasoned bread crumbs
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 4 halibut fillets (6 oz) 1/2 - 3/4 in thick
    • 4 tbsp butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix the nuts and crumbs
    2. dip fillets in egg then press in nut mixture
    3. In a large frying pan melt the butter and saute fillets for 5 minutes per side.
